TemplatePrint provides free and premium printable templates for personal and commercial use. Our services include:

  • Access to a library of pre-designed printable templates
  • A Template Builder for creating custom templates
  • User accounts for saving and managing templates
  • Premium subscriptions for advanced features

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Premium Plans

4.1 Free Plan

Free users may access and print templates available in the free tier. Some features and templates may be restricted to premium users.

4.2 Premium Plan

Premium subscriptions provide access to all templates, the Template Builder, and additional features. Payment is processed through third-party providers (LemonSqueezy, PayPal). Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All templates, designs, code, and content on the Site are owned by TemplatePrint or its licensors.
  • Free templates may be used for personal and commercial printing purposes.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our templates as downloadable or printable products.
  • Templates created using the Template Builder are owned by the user who created them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise site security
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will be available at all times without interruption
  • Templates will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose
  • Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TemplatePrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
