The template features a grid layout with days of the week across the top (Monday through Sunday) and rows for up to 15 habits down the side. Each cell is a checkbox — fill it in at the end of each day for habits you completed. At a glance, you can see which habits are strong and which need attention.
The bottom section includes a Weekly Reflection area where you can note what went well, what was challenging, and what adjustments you want to make next week. This reflection step is crucial — it transforms mindless tracking into mindful growth.
